History

At 16, Ryan Devereux entered the workforce as a plumber, learning his trade through an apprenticeship.

Following his post-apprenticeship experience, Ryan was motivated to forge his own path and take the leap into self-employment. He invested in a van specifically equipped for his plumbing work, which opened doors to subcontracting opportunities with builders. This allowed him to continuously improve his skills while enjoying the independence of managing projects on his own.

Setting up On Tap Solutions, a thrilling chapter in my growing journey as a plumber where every pipe laid brought forth new learning experiences and triumphs.
